designed to aid in raising funds for research purposes.

Tandem Sky-Diving
Cockerham, Nr Lancaster
All year through - dates to suit.
Have you ever wanted to parachute,
but never had the opportunity? The Pain Relief Foundation
can make it happen for you. Regular sponsored Tandem
Sky-Diving events are organised throughout the year at
dates to suit participants. You can jump from 10,000ft
(2 miles up) strapped by a safety harness to an instructor.
A day to enjoy and remember for a long time.

Santa Dash 5K fun run
Liverpool
9:30am, 7th December 2008
Entry Fee: £15 (includes
Santa Suit)
Commemorative medal, goody bag and t-shirt to all
finishers.
Anyone who raises £50 minimum sponsorship will
have the entry fee paid and sponsor forms supplied.
If you are under
15 years of age you will require parental consent
to take part.
